Freshmans' membership currently stands at 37 individuals — professionals and business entrepreneurs from within and outside Uganda. Membership is currently by invitation, guarding the trust, integrity and shared values that have carried the company for close to three decades. We periodically consider admitting new members through our Annual General Meeting as the company grows.

Freshmans runs programmes that uphold and maintain the social and cultural values of our members and their families — from contributions to the Buganda Kingdom and His Majesty the Kabaka's birthday celebrations, to occasional social gatherings that strengthen friendship and family ties across our membership.
